The Treasure Map for Life

​"But seek His kingdom, and these things will be added to you. Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom." Luke 12:31-32
 
"Every human being lives for treasure. What you treasure is what controls your heart. What controls your heart controls your thoughts, words and actions." These words from Paul David Tripp underscore the importance of seeking the right things in our lives. When we only seek our own good, goals, and glory we forfeit the ability to make an eternal impact. But when we seek God's Kingdom (the mission and character He has set out for us in His Word) we will find it. That's more than a possibility; it's a promise that God will gladly fulfill.
